Privacy

The data controller is Boyne Business Intelligence Ltd (trading as Vaguely Professional), 4 Whimbrel Drive, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 9UN.

• Name, delivery address, email and phone — to make, post and talk to you about your order (contract).
• Artwork files and the names or text you type — to print your order and send you a proof (contract).
• Order history — so we can answer questions, handle reprints and let you reorder the same thing (contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping accounts).
• Messages you send through the contact or custom-order forms — to reply (legitimate interest).

We don’t collect anything for marketing, we don’t run analytics, and we never see your card number — Stripe handles payment on its own page.

• Stripe — takes payment; holds your card details under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores orders, settings and uploaded files.
• Resend — sends the order, proof and posted emails.

Nobody else gets your data, and we don’t sell it.

Order records for six years (accounting rules). Artwork files for 12 months after the order so we can reprint, then deleted. Contact messages for 12 months. You can ask us to delete artwork sooner once the order is done.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — email us and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
