Vaguely Professional is a trading name of Boyne Business Intelligence Ltd, registered in England & Wales no. 17293878. Registered office: 4 Whimbrel Drive, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 9UN. When you order on this site your contract is with Boyne Business Intelligence Ltd (trading as Vaguely Professional). We are based in the UK and sell to UK addresses only.

Add what you want to the basket, pay by card through Stripe, and you’ll get an email confirming what you ordered. That email is our acceptance; the contract starts then. If we can’t make something (a file that won’t print, a size we can’t cut) we’ll tell you and refund in full.

Every custom or personalised order gets a proof by email before anything prints. Nothing prints until you approve the proof. Don't like it? Full refund.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price on the product page is the price you pay; postage is shown before you pay and again at checkout.

Boyne Business Intelligence Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price and no VAT invoice can be issued.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or personalised — which is almost everything we sell. Instead we offer two things that we think are better:

• Nothing prints until you approve the proof. Change your mind before then and you get a full refund.
• If what arrives is faulty or not what you approved, tell us and we reprint or refund — your choice.

Ready-made packs (not personalised) can be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods; you cover the return postage. See Returns & reprints.

By uploading artwork or text you confirm you have the right to use it. We won’t knowingly print anything that infringes someone else’s copyright or trade mark, and we may decline an order on those grounds. We keep your files only to make and reprint your order.

Colours on screen and on vinyl differ slightly. If a colour must match something exactly, tell us at the proof stage.

We post 2–4 working days after you approve the proof, by Royal Mail 2nd class, which usually takes 3 working days. Every product page and the checkout show the date to expect. If it hasn't arrived 7 working days after the posted email, tell me and I'll reprint or refund — your choice.

If we get it wrong, we put it right: a reprint or a refund of what you paid for the item and its postage. We don’t accept liability for losses beyond that (for example consequential loss), except where the law says we must — nothing here limits your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
