Royal Mail 2nd class: £2.95 per order, free on orders over £25.00. The postage price is shown on every product page and again before you pay — nothing is added at the last step.

We make everything to order in Norfolk. Once you approve the proof we post within 2–4 working days, and Royal Mail 2nd class usually takes 3 working days from there.

Every product page, the basket and the checkout show the date to expect, assuming you approve the proof within a day. Ordering today, that would be Wed 21 Oct. Party products have a party-date field that tells you the last safe day to order.

UK addresses only for now. Flat sheets go as a large letter; thicker orders as a small parcel. If you need a signed-for service or a tracked upgrade, ask before ordering and we’ll quote it.

You get an email the day it goes in the post, with the Royal Mail reference where there is one and the date to expect it. If it hasn't arrived 7 working days after the posted email, tell me and I'll reprint or refund — your choice.
